- Does Off 2021 bind to my MS Account?
- We sell two types of Off 2021. For the bindable type, after activation, the license will be bound to your MS Account, and you can reinstall it from "Services & subscriptions".
- Is Off 365 provided as a key or an account? Does it include OneDrive?
- Off 365 is provided as a separate MS Account (username/password), not a key. It does not include OneDrive or cloud storage.
- How do I activate Off 2021 or Off 2019?
- Click HERE, log in with your MS Account, enter your Off key, and download the software.
- What should I do if Off shows "Activation limit reached"?
- Try phone activation. If that fails, please contact our support team for assistance.
- The installer shows "MS 365" during Off installation. Is this normal?
- Yes. The installer may mention MS 365, but you will receive the version you purchased.
- How do I log in and use my Off 365 account?
- Use the account details provided in your order to log in at HERE, then download Off from "Services & subscriptions".
- What if I forget my Off 365 password?
- For privacy reasons, we cannot reset passwords. Please securely save your new password after the first login.
- How do I fix Off activation error 0xC004C060?
- This error often indicates an invalid key. Please try reinstalling Off. If the issue persists, contact our support team for help.
