- Win Enterprise LTSC is a Long-Term Servicing Channel version designed for increased stability and lower resource usage. Ensure you install the official retail version, not the evaluation edition.
- What are Win N/KN versions?
- These are versions for the European and Korean markets that do not include Win Media Player. Our standard Win keys may not work on these versions.
- How do I find my purchased Win key?
- Log into your GVGMall account, go to "User Center" > "My Purchased Orders", and click "View Code".
- How do I activate Win 10 or Win 11?
- Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Activation", click "Change product key", and enter your Win product key.
- Can I use the key during Win installation?
- No. During installation, please select "I don't have a product key". After Win is fully installed, activate it via "Settings" > "Activation".
- Can a Win Pro key directly upgrade a Win Home system?
- No. A Win Pro key is for activating an already installed Pro system. You must first upgrade or reinstall to a Win Pro system.
- What does error code 0xC004F050 mean?
- This usually indicates a mismatch between your system version (e.g., Win 10/11 Home) and your key (e.g., Win 10/11 Pro). Please install the correct version first.

- Can I activate a Win Enterprise LTSC Evaluation edition?
- No. Our keys cannot activate evaluation editions. Please download and install the official retail version of Win Enterprise LTSC from: https://massgrave.dev/windows_ltsc_links
- How do I activate a Win Server Evaluation edition?
- Use PowerShell to convert it to a retail edition, then activate it with your key. For example:
